Fish oil contains essential Omega-3 fatty acids, which are important as the body cannot produce them and therefore they can only be obtained from the diet or through supplementation. Nature’s Way Ultimate Omega 3X contains premium quality Omega-3 fatty acids, EPA and DHA in purified fish oil sourced from 100% wild-caught ocean fish and is free from any fishy odour with great lemon taste.
